Use a circular cardboard cutout in the center for the foundation. Any type of glue can be used to hold it together.
Put words that can hurt(ugly, not good enough, stupid..etc) on toilet paper roll. Then bandage(and use colorful bandaids) it up and write words that heal(lovable, worthy,strong etc.). Discussion can be words that hurt coming from others and from self and words that can help us feel good about self.
Find words that form a mini story or poem and black out the rest.
